Ordering

-The price you pay will be the price at the time of your order.

-I ask for a non refundable down payment of $100 for each item ordered. This secures your place in the queue.

-When I receive your down payment, I will place your order at the end of the "queue" as found on this web site. I will  send you the password and order number so that you will be able to follow the progress toward your order. I will give you an initial estimate as to delivery time and will ask that any future quires be directed to your checking the queue. I will not give any delivery updates beyond the initial estimate. Precise estimates are difficult considering the long wait time.

-I will contact you when I am ready to begin construction and finalize details. Any changes can still be made at this point. Once the construction starts, no changes will be accepted.

-Upon completion of your order, an invoice for the remainder due will be sent.

-All payments (apart from deposits) must be paid off of an invoice. Please do not send any unsolicited payments.

-I will make two payment requests with an invoice. If I do not receive a response I will make the palette available for sale to other customers. Please contact me if you have issues I should be aware of.

-I accept payment via Paypal.  Paypal  incurs a 3% fee for the U.S. and a 5% fee for international, which will be included on the invoice. I can also accept USPS money orders or personal checks, which incur no fee. Personal checks will delay shipment until cleared by the bank.

-Orders of more than two items will be split to a maximum of two items per order. (eg. An order of three items will be

split to a first order of two and a second order of one) Each order will be billed and shipped separately.

Availability and Delivery

My palettes are made by hand to each customers specifications. I ask you for your patience as completion dates are long. I request that you do not create a delivery deadline AFTER the palette has been ordered or is in the proces of being built.  My goal is to make you the very best hand made palette.  I have great confidence that you will find the item you receive well worth the wait.

Shipping

Domestic-I charge $25 for shipping to the lower 48 states. This includes insurance and tracking. Alaska and Hawaii will accrue actual shipping charges. I ship USPS Priority.

International- I can ship via USPS and Fed Ex. On average, USPS is about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of Fed Ex. Please be advised that I am unable to offer insurance and limited tracking information for USPS International shipments and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I am unable to estimate taxes and duties for your country; you are responsible for payment of any additional taxes due upon delivery. Contact you customs office for more information.

Due to shipping regulations, I cannot declare shipments as gifts, and declared values will mirror the paid amount of your order.

I have had many international customers ask me to ship their items to trusted friends or relatives here in the US., who then, when traveling to the buyers country can hand deliver the item directly to them. They will also have relatives ship the item to them.
