The dimensions of the box are: 5 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 1".  Each box comes has 21 paint wells with a large mixing area on the lid and flap with two additional mixing areas on adjacent smaller flaps. The traditional thumb ring often found on the outside bottom of older style palettes is replaced with our proprietary fold away thumb hanger.  This is a very stable way to hold the box when in use but folds away out of site when the box is closed up. Included with each box is a protective cloth bag with drawstring.
